The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.
The room I stayed in was quite disappointing. It was filthy, with spider webs in the corners and a sticky floor. I also noticed a strong smell of smoke, which overshadowed my experience. It felt like housekeeping completely neglected their duties, and I didn't get the comfort and cleanliness I expected.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Clegg Botanic Gardens and had fun at the Columbian Park Zoo. The location was great for our adventures. The staff was friendly, and it was a solid place to crash after a long day. Just what we needed for a budget trip!
However, the room definitely could have been cleaner. I noticed a toenail next to the nightstand, which was pretty gross. A little more attention to room cleanliness would have been great.
